Clickbank: Rejected Credit Cards Aren't Our Problem
Yes, Clickbank is trying to dig their grave and I'm actually quite surprised at how fast they're working to dig it. Like man, I think someone might of put some meth in the water supply at Clickbank. Damn.
Well, apparently the high percentage of credit cards being rejected is not due to the system. It's just that everyone is defrauding and they don't have any idea about it. Like, if I knowingly was committing credit card fraud, I wouldn't take the time to contact publishers because I know exactly why it's being rejected.
Apparently, according to Clickbank, people are getting rejected because they're idiots and don't understand that their credit cards don't work even more - even though they can still by Christmas gifts and groceries with it still. And since most people have multiple credit cards, they try them all and they get rejected.
Yeah Clickbank. Your system rocks. We believe. The "credit card company" is rejecting it. Oh yeah.
Hello ******,
I recommend the customers contact their credit card companies first, to determine if there is an issue with the provider that can be resolved. If their credit card companies deny declining any charges, then the card or cards were declined by our risk management system. This is a separate authorization system, so we cannot provide any information regarding the decline. They may try using a different credit card or allowing 24-48 hours to lapse before making another attempt, but if they continue to have problems, we suggest they contact you, the publisher, directly to make other payment arrangements. Unfortunately, ClickBank cannot override any decline or process transactions manually.
We know it can be frustrating. Accepting credit cards over the internet is a dangerous business. For us and our clients, it is better that we err on the side of caution. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly. We do our best to protect our clients from this.
We appreciate your understanding.
Best Regards,

The bold is what annoys me the most. They say that there system is all good, but if you just wait 24-48hrs your piece of shit rejected credit card will "magically" get through the system. Very consistent.
Also take a look at the underlined text. Clickbank suggesting sales outside of Clickbank's system. That means an affiliate like me LOSES OUT ON HIS FUCKING COMMISSION!! FUCKERS!!!!!
Oh and this crap about it being better rejecting good credit cards is bullshit. No other business operates like that. If I went to the mall and my good credit card was rejected and they told me "come back in 24-48hrs", I'd tell them to go fuck themselves and never shop their again.
Get real Clickbank.
