A Plea to Clickbank
Another amazing email begging Clickbank to run a for profit business and try to make some money.

Hi,
I feel the need to write again, instead of waiting to see how Monday shapes up. Waiting and giving you guys the benefit of the doubt seems to produce more zeros for me and I unfortunately don't have that luxury.
I have a feeling that this message just gets dumped into an email account instead of a ticket system. With a ticket system you could see that I've been having severe problems with my account for the last 4 or 5 months.
On Monday (the 23rd) I sent in a complaint email about the fact that I was on a 5 day stretch of zeros. You guys did absolutely NOTHING to address that. I sent another complaint in on Wednesday and after I explained the FACTS OF REALITY to you, things were fixed. In the next 35 hours, I received 5 sales. Early Friday morning the taps were shut off.
Do I have to send you positive reinforcement emails? Should I have emailed you on Thursday and said "keep up the good work"? I don't understand why you can't make it work everyday of the week over the entire month. Is that really so much to ask for.
I noticed on the warrior forum a guy that makes about $200/day on his account having his taps turned off about the same time mine were turned on. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were on for me, and off for him. I'm off now, so I assume he's on now.
Right?
I don't know what kind of game you guys are playing, but I don't like it.
See, I live in the real world. In the real world I have things to pay. My student loan doesn't accept clickbank zeros as payments. My internet bill doesn't accept clickbank zeros as payments. My domain register doesn't accept clickbank zeros as payments.
Do you guys live in fantasy land? That's a serious question because I don't think you really GET IT.
What I want to know is how I can get this message onto the desk of someone that will fix the problem.
I just don't get what's going on. I don't understand why this isn't being fixed. Do I have to write in CAPS. I'M HOLDING UP MY SIDE OF THE BUSINESS AGREEMENT AND YOU GUYS ARE DEFINITELY FAILING AT YOUR SIDE. WHY CAN'T SALES GO THROUGH CONSISTENTLY AND BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT? WHY? WHY?

IT'S LIKE I'M EMAILING TELLING YOU TO MAKE MORE MONEY. AND YOU GUYS ARE RESPONDING WITH 'NO NO NO. WE WANT TO HELP OUR COMPETITORS. THE BEST PAYMENT PROCESSOR IS ONE THAT IS BROKEN.'
I don't know what you're doing, but I can only speculate. I suspect you guys are testing fraud software on half the affiliates. That would mean there are three servers or databases or partitions dividing the accounts.
That means about half the accounts are on the old September fraud software, about half are under the new draconian fraud software and the last server is the immune server. The immune server is where all the high rollers that get a lot of sales stay. They would notice huge blocks of time without sales, so you wouldn't put them through that nightmare.
How about you put me on the server with the high rollers, so my sales don't get pinched by the fraud software? I don't want to be involved in your testing. Your testing doesn't pay my bills.
Sales going through = I can pay my bills
Sales not going through = I can't pay my bills.
It's as simple as that.

If you can't fix it, give this email to someone that can. Give it to a tech. Give it to your chief operator. Give it to someone that has the ability to make changes.

Don't reply to my email. And that's not to say that you shouldn't take my email seriously. I don't want to hear your patronizing and overly inane email replies.
The only thing I give a crap about is money in my bank account. I don't give a crap about your excuses. I don't give a crap about your patronizing replies. I don't give a crap about what you think the problem is. All I want is a payment processor that pounds out the sales. Your reply can be constructed as sales coming into my account.
You know why? Because your excuses don't pay the bills. Your patronizing replies don't pay the bills. When my student loan is due, I can't send in your email reply as payment. I need MONEY!
Make the payment processor work! Just make it work!
I'm sick of begging you guys to act responsible. Any normal human being would of fixed this a long time ago. They would of fixed it within 48 hrs of it happening in September. You know why? Fixing it makes them more money. When sales come in, you make money. Remember? You take 7.5% + a dollar. More sales = more money.
It's a mutual thing. When I make more money, you make more money. That's what mutual means. We're not enemies, but you guys seem to be treating my account that way.
I just don't understand why you haven't fixed the problem. Denial doesn't fix the problem. Patronizing your affiliates doesn't fix the problem. Making excuses doesn't fix the problem. The only thing that fixes the problem is to fix (that's a verb) the problem.
Just think of all the traffic that I've sent to your competitors due to your total lack of clarity, ineptitude and just down right patronizing rude comments.
I just don't understand why this isn't being fixed. I just don't get it. I don't get it at all.
Just fix it and make yourself some more money that way. Take a 10% cut from sales instead of 7.5% Do something like that. It's a hundred times better than what you're doing now.
Just please. PLEASE!@ fix the problem. And don't do it in such a way that it only lasts a week. Please do this for the long term.
